(Supplemental to University's entrance requirements)
Department of Nursing supplemental application - NursingCAS - must be completed by January 24, 9:00 pm P.S.T.
- Minimum overall college GPA of 3.0
- Completion of all college level prerequisites with a grade of B or better (a maximum of one science and one non-science prerequisite may be in progress in the Spring semester of the NursingCAS application due date)
- Completion of TEAS with a minimum total score of 78%
- Official transcripts (send to NursingCAS)
- 1 Essay (two double-spaced, typewritten pages, no smaller than 12 font). Prompted questions are listed in the Documents section.
- If applicable: CNA License (or course completion) - include CNA work experice
- If applicable: Veterans honorable discharge DD214 papers
- Application fee - payable to NursingCAS
- Application fee - payable to Department of Nursing
