Working during summer terms when you are taking a 4-unit course is possible. A 4-unit course over 7 weeks requires 18 hours per week minimum study time.
The 11-unit course load during fall and spring is equivalent to a full time job. Many students find working part time manageable.
Successful graduates are highly motivated, self-directed and are able to balance their work-life-school responsibilities.
Having support from family, friends and employers is very helpful.
