What is included in the Pre-Licensure BSN application?

(Supplemental to University's entrance requirements)

• Minimum overall college GPA of 3.0
• Completion of all college-level prerequisites with a grade of B or better (a maximum of one science and one non-science prerequisite may be in progress in the Spring semester of the NursingCAS application due date)
• Completion of TEAS with a minimum total score of 78%
• All official transcripts (sent to NursingCAS)
• Writing Sample. Prompted questions are listed in NursingCAS.
• If applicable: CNA License
• If applicable: CNA Employment Verification Form (only this form will be accepted)
• If applicable: Veterans honorable discharge DD214 papers
